Returns

To start a return, please contact us at support@solaanamd.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with any accessories, as well as the original bill/delivery slip.

Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. See "Refunds" for more information.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be Issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of approval, excluding the cost of shipping.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning your item. We recommend use a tracking number while shipping your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Only products purchased on SolaanaMD.com may be returned for a refund excluding any discount that may have been applied.

We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.

We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
